Dennis Knapp
Case Manager/Resident Advocate

Dennis Knapp is making a return to Human Services after a five-year hiatus. He brings wide experience in both street outreach and inpatient client support services. He has a solid background in HIV/AIDS education, counseling and testing, as well as the 12-Step Group facilitation and Relapse Prevention arenas. A past member of the Connecticut Homeless and Harm Reduction Coalitions, Dennis has worked with diverse groups of individuals seeking to bring positive and lasting changes to their lives.
